The RRFDC is a membership-driven, non-profit, community-based corporation. We are governed by a Board of Directors who are elected each year from the MEMBERSHIP. 

Any resident of the Rainy River District may become a member for an annual membership fee of $5.00. 

Memberships must be purchased a minimum 10 days before the Annual General Meeting (TBA) to be eligible to vote.
We currently have over 50 members in our Membership and welcome more.
